RELATOR® Designations
Accredited Buyer Representative
With over 40,000 members, REBAC is the largest association of real estate professionals focusing on all aspects of buyer representation. Over 30,000 ABR® designees have completed the REBAC course, passed the test and provided documentation of buyer agency experience.

Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) The Certified Distressed Property Expert Designation is the course that provides agent with everything they need to assist these homeowners. The course is delivered in easy to understand modules that will give the future CDPE agent everything they need to understand and assist with the needs of distressed homeowners.

The founders of the Distressed Property Institute believe that in almost all cases the best person for a homeowner in distress to speak with is a well informed Licensed Realtor® that has the tools needed to help that homeowner find the best solution for their situation. Foreclosure is a devastating financial and emotional process for a homeowner to go through, and in many cases they do so alone and without help of any kind. It is the goal of the Distressed Property Institute to give agents the tools and information they need to avoid foreclosure and move forward with their lives.

 

Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) The Institute exists to help real estate professionals provide high quality service to the buyers and sellers of luxury homes and in so doing, maximize their own success in the upper-tier residential market. The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing is the premier independent authority in training and certification for real estate agents working in the luxury residential market. The Institute offers the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation for luxury home marketing, conducts research in the high-end market, and provides its members with the information and tools to be more successful. Real estate professionals who demonstrate skill in the million-dollar market receive added recognition as members of the Million Dollar Guild.An independent organization not tied to any real estate brand, Institute membership is open to luxury home and estate agents regardless of firm.

 

 

Certified New Homes Sales Professional (CSP)
The Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP) designation is the first designation available through The Institute of Residential Marketing. CSP was designed for specialists in new home sales to enhance their professional image, increase their marketability in the home building industry and sell more homes!
Certified Residential Specialist®
Agents can maximize their potential by earning the CRS® Designation and joining the organization that has served top-producing residential sales agents since 1977. The more than 35,000 CRS® Designees benefit from nationwide referral opportunities, a professional image that attracts customers, and sales and marketing support. The CRS® Designation is awarded to experienced REALTORS® who complete advanced training in listing and selling, and meet rigorous production requirements.
Certified Senior Advisor (CSA)™
Certified Senior Advisors (CSA)™ have supplemented their individual professional licenses, credentials and education with knowledge about aging and working with seniors. Know what those licenses, credentials and education signify. The CSA™ designation alone does not imply expertise in financial, health or social matters.
Graduate REALTOR® Institute

The Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) symbol is the mark of a real estate professional who has made a commitment to providing a superior level of professional services by earning the GRI designation.  Developed for members of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® and offered through State REALTOR® Associations, The GRI program includes 90 hours of coursework on various topics such as marketing, servicing listed properties as well as being highly trained in many areas of real estate to better serve and protect their clients.

e-PRO®
e-PRO® is a revolutionary training program presented entirely online to certify real estate agents and brokers as Internet Professionals. The NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® is the first major trade group to offer certification for online professionalism. e-PRO® is not just about technology - it's about how you can leverage your most powerful asset, your people-skills, into doing more business on the Internet.
Seniors Real Estate Specialist

Seniors Real Estate Specialists® are REALTORS® qualified to address the needs of home buyers and sellers age 50+. The SRES® Council awards the SRES® Designation to those members who have successfully completed its education program.

By earning the SRES® designation, your REALTOR® has demonstrated necessary knowledge and expertise to counsel clients age 50-plus through major financial and lifestyle transitions involved in relocating, refinancing, or selling the family home. Your REALTOR® has received special training, gets regular updates, and is prepared to offer the options and information needed in making life changing decisions.
