What to expect prior to listing with The Home Team?
Your REALTOR will visit your home
You may be provided a Market Analysis giving you an idea of what homes similar to yours are selling for
Your REALTOR will measure your home
Your REALTOR will let you know what you should do to prepare your home for market (see our brochure "Preparing Your Home For Market")
Your REALTOR may discuss "staging" your home (see the "staging widget" at right for more information)
Your REALTOR may discuss helping you find a REALTOR in the town you are moving to
Your REALTOR may discuss some of our affiliate programs such as the Move Management and Home Warranties
What to expect when you list your home with The Home Team?
Paperwork signed - your REALTOR will provide this
Both interior and exterior photos will be taken of your home
Property entered into MLS on the date you request
Property uploaded into REALTOR.com and our website within 48 hours
A sign will be placed in your yard and a lockbox on your door
Centralized Showing will begin calling to schedule appointments
Advertising will begin
Brochures will be created for potential buyers to take when they view your home
Our office will tour your home within 2 weeks after it is listed
You will be set-up to view feedback of showings
Communication for your REALTOR
Your REALTOR will be with you through closing and beyond if necessary. (see our brochure "Sellers Closing Expense")
